2021 AGM & 75th BIRTHDAY

New President Claudia Lawrence

The Central Coast District finally held their AGM combined with their 75th Birthday celebrations on Friday 3rd December at Ourimbah Bowling Club.

President Jenny Cook’s period as  President came to a close.   She thanked everyone for their support over the past 3 years and wished all well.     Claudia Lawrence our new President was then given her badge.  Claudia was previously a Vice President.     All other committees remained the same, except for V.P’s.    The vacancy left by Claudia was filled by Jenny Cook.     We welcome Claudia to the position and wish her well.

The District also celebrated it’s 75th Birthday.     Bowls NSW Director Lesley Swales attended on behalf of the State. She congratulated the District on it’s longevity and presented them with a trolley bag to use for their umpire equipment.     This gift was actually from WBNSW as this event was originally to be held months ago but was delayed due to the situations with restrictions, lockdowns etc.  A lovely luncheon was held and all the delegates and committees enjoyed themselves.
