2021 Senior Pairs

The 2021 Senior Pairs were contested on 22, 23 and 24th February.   This popular format attracted 42 entries and preliminary rounds were played at Canton Beach and Avoca Beach clubs.    Great bowling was seen throughout with some matches only being won by one shot.    The Semi-finals and Final were played at Everglades on Wednesday 24th.   Again the spectators saw some great bowls.

Semi Finals:

Michelle Treadwell, Lucy Young  (Halekulani)            def    Bev Wakefield, Denise Leete  (Mingara)

Final:

In the final Kaye and  Tess came out winners over Michelle and  Lucy.

Congratulations and well done to all these players.

Kaye and Tess will now proceed to the Region 6 Championship playoffs to be held on 18th July in the Lake Macquarie District.
